EE WAS WALKING FROM HIS PERSONNEL VEHICLE TO THE ROCK TRUCK WHEN HE SLIPPED ON THE ROA DWAY CAUSING HIM TO FALL. THE FALL RESULTED IN AN ANGULATED FRACTURE TO HIS LEFT ANKLE WHICH WILL REQUIRE SURGERY TO CORRECT.
