Miner was cleaning the windshield of a 990 FEL when he slipped and fell to the ground roughly 10-12 feet breaking his femur into his pelvis bone. Was rushed to the hospital and put straight into surgery the next day.

Mostrando los 15The miner was walking down a 5 foot staircase from the MCC to the ground, when his foot caught the top stair slightly causing him to lose his balance and fall to the bottom of the staircase. The only injury acquired was a 1 inch cut to his upper lip from contact with the ground.
Employee had just clocked out for the day and was walking down the wooden steps when one of the boards broke and sent him falling backwards and injuring his back. As he was climbing down the ladder he reached to shut the door and as he did, the hand holding the rail slid off and he fell to the ground. Employee was descending the ladder from his haul truck when he stepped onto the ground he stepped on a rock about the size of a salt shaker. The rock rolled causing the employee to twist his ankle and fall. As he fell he tried to catch himself with his left hand, causing a sprained wrist and elbow contusion.
EMPLOYEE WAS LOADING OUT TRUCKS WHEN THE SECURITY ALARM WENT OFF. HE CAME DOWN THE STEPS GOING TO SHUT OFF AND SPRAINED HIS ANKLE.

HE WAS CLIMBING THE LADDER ONTO THE SCAFFOLD (APPROXIMATELY 30 FEET IN THE AIR) WHEN THE LADDER SLIPPED, CAUSING HIM TO FALL. HE BROKE HIS LEFT LEG.

HE WAS IN THE CENTER OF PLATFORM WHEN HE CUT THE PLATE TO 27"X96", THE PLATE FELL 11'3" TO THE GROUND WITH THE EE LANDING ON TOP.
EE WALKED INTO A PIECE OF ANGLE IRON AND BRUISED HIS RIBS.
THE EE WAS WALKING FROM HIS TRUCK TO THE BREAK ROOM WHEN HE SLIPPED ON SOME ICE.
