Employee was on the trailer, getting ready to set the first load. He stepped back and his foot went in a hole in the trailer. He lost his balance and fell backwards. His body was hanging off the side of the trailer and his foot was still caught in the hole. He has a severely sprained right ankle.
Employee was trying to untangle the dredge tail line that was wrapped around the pontoons. He put a shovel under the tail line to move it and when he did, he fell into the boat on his left side and injured his left knee and left wrist.

EE WAS BREAKING PIPELINE TO ADD A JOINT IN POND. HE SLIPPED AND LANDED ON THE SIDE OF THE BOAT, HITTING HIS UPPER THIGH AND LEFT BACKSIDE OF BODY.
Employee was operating the loader when he saw that the stacker belt had stopped. He got off the loader and began running toward the belt. He twisted his right knee, pulling and possibly tearing ligaments.
EMPLOYEE HAD WORK RELATED INJURY AT A NON-MSHA SITE ON 9-29-03. AFTER HE RETURNED TO WORK, HE HAD A SEIZURE WHILE SITTING IN A CHAIR IN THE CONTROL HOUSE. GOT LACERATIONS AND BRUISES ON FACE AND NOSE.
EE WAS STANDING ON A CRANE ON THE LEFT REAR SIDE BY THE HYDRAULIC TANK WORKING ON THE HYRDRAULIC LINES. HE LOST HIS FOOTING, SLIPPED AND FELL 5 FEET TO THE GROUND.
HE WENT TO GET OFF LOADER AND STEPPED THE WRONG WAY AND TWISTED HIS KNEE. WENT TO DOCTOR AND DOCTOR TOLD HIM TO JUST STAY OFF AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. L BOTHERING HIM SO HE WENT BACK TO DOCTOR. SENT HIM TO BONE AND JOINT DOCTOR, DID SURGERY ON FEB13, 01. WAS GIVEN FIRST AID UNTIL HE WENT TO BONE DOCTOR.
EE WAS WALKING DOWN AN EMBANKMENT TO BOARD A WORK BOAT FOR TRANSPORT TO DREDGE. GROUND WAS WET. HE SLIPPED AND SLID DOWN EMBANKMENT. HIS RIGHT HEEL WEDGED BETWEEN BOAT AND BANK. HE CAUGHT HIMS ELF WITH HIS RIGHT ARM AND HIS ARM AND SHOULDER HIT THE BANK HARD.
EE WAS GETTING OUT OF AN ALUMINUM ROWBOAT ONTO A PONTOON. WHEN HE REACHED FOR THE PONTOON, THE ROWBOAT FLIPPED. HE HIT THE PONTOON WITH HIS KNEE AND HIP AND FELL INTO THE POND. HE HAS A BRUISE D KNEE AND A PULLED MUSCLE IN THE HIP.
