Mostrando los 21While operating hand valve on dewatering equipment, employee slipped on muddy ground and struck knee against the pipe flange causing two small (approximately 1") lacerations. Employee went to ER and they closed the wound with medical adhesive, gave EE a prescription antibiotic and returned EE to full duty immediately.

EMPLOYEE WAS WATCHING PLANT TO MAKE SURE ALL CONVEYOR BELTS WERE RUNNING. BELT ON THE STACKER STARTED TO SLIP AND WHEN EMPLOYEE MOVED TO STOP THE PLANT HE SLIPPED AND SPRAINED HIS LEFT WRIST.
