Mostrando los 15While operating hand valve on dewatering equipment, employee slipped on muddy ground and struck knee against the pipe flange causing two small (approximately 1") lacerations. Employee went to ER and they closed the wound with medical adhesive, gave EE a prescription antibiotic and returned EE to full duty immediately.

THE EE WAS GREASING THE PINS, ON THE LIFT ARMS, OF A MODEL 275 MICHIGAN LOADER. WHILE HE WAS PERFORMING MAINTENANCE, HE SLIPPED, FELL, AND HIT THE SIDE OF HIS FACE ON THE BUCKET OF THE LOADER. HE RECEIVED TWO STITCHES ABOVE THE EYE, AND SOMEBRUISING TO HIS HAND AND SIDE.
EMPLOYEE TRIPPED WHILE EXITING A SKID STEER. THIS RESULTED IN AN OPEN WOUND TO THE RIGHT LEG.
