While walking around a block and saw ee slipped on a small rock. While trying to catch self EE's wrist got caught on the block and EE's wrist was lacerated.

Miner fell from highwall 14'6" to the lower level. Miner suffered 5 broken vertebrae and laceration to the back of head. Miner was ambulatory after the fall.
While handling the hand hammer drill and walking to EE's work area, EE slipped and fell on the ground. The hammer landed on EE's left hand, index finger.
