While employee was climbing down from the ladder at the scalping screens, he lost control and felt down to the ground. He had just finished greasing a motor. Ambulance took the employee to hospital. Employee went to the mezzanine above the jog line (bagging line 9 - packaging department)to perform a change over in products on deck 1. He began to walk across the other side of the deck and slipped. As a consequence, he fell and hit his head on the side of the metal wall. Employee has a head injury; a cut to the left side of his head.
