Mostrando los 11When employee stepped off of the leaf spring and drag link to the ground, the left knee popped and buckled as it began to take weight resulting in pain and swelling in the affected area. Employee works 4 on and 4 off, EE began missing on January 28th 2023.
EE was dismounting the 777B rock truck to refuel. When EE stepped from the bottom step to the ground, (approximately 30"), left ankle rolled over when foot contacted the ground. EE began to experience pain and swelling in the ankle.

EE states he was walking by the draw down tunnels when he slipped and fell on snow/ice walkway. EE fell onto corner of a concrete slab on left hip and bent left thumb backward catching himself. EE missed 8 days and is currently working modified duty as of 3/1/10.
EE states he was caring a box that had blown away due to high wind and while walking with the box a high gust of wind caused the ee to lose his balance and fall. EE fractured his left wrist when he pt his hand out to brace himself for fall. EE on modified duty.
EE was walking to work area on flat ground and slipped and fell. He landed on his right hand and was complaining of pain in his thumb.
