A mechanic was working on a fender of a belly dump trailer. While using a sledgehammer to straighten the fender metal the employee lost EE's footing which caused EE to slip and fall to the ground resulting in a fractured hip.

While walking EE stepped on some loose gravel and lost balance and fell on a knee. EE landed on a sharp rock that lacerated the right knee below the knee cap. EE received three stitches at the hospital.
