EE BEGAN TO FELL FAI NT WHILE OPERATING THE LOADER & HE ATTEMPTED TO EXIT THE CAB. WHILE CLIMBING DOWN THE STEPS, HE PASSED-OUT & STRUCK HIS FOREHEAD ON THE STEP. HE RECEIVED 10 STITCHES TO TREAT THE LACERATION.
THE INJURY OCCURRED WHILE WASHING MATERIAL FROM UNDER PLANT. HE WAS LEANING AGAINST 10" PIPE AND LOST HIS BALANCE AND FELL ON HAND.
