Mostrando los 20EE a truck driver was going to check the oil on a mach truck that he was driving. He said his foot slipped off the bumper step and he fell on his right side. he said he had pain in his right arm & leg. He was taken to Harlan County emergency & x-rayed - no broken bones found.
Employee was walking towards the back of a walk through roof bolter when he lost his footing. As he fell, he tried to catch himself but fell anyway. He scraped his right arm and struck his back. He was transported by ambulance to Harlan A.R.H. Hospital. They did admit him overnight for additional testing.

EE was setting miner up in right run of the cut, when he stepped on the water line going to the miner with his right foot. His foot twisted off of the water line causing him to fall. He twisted his right knee while trying to get back up.
