THE INJURED WAS SPREADING ROCKDUST BY HAND. HE WAS CARRYING 1/2 LB. OF ROCKDUST DOWN A SLICK GRADE WHEN HE SLIPPED AND FELL. THIS RESULTED IN A FRACTURED RIGHT ANKLE.
