Employee and co-worker were dumping drums into a blender feed hopper. They were using a metal pipe to hit the side of the drum in an effort to soften the material. While co-worker was swinging the metal pipe, the pipe hit the side of the hopper and then struck employee's hand.
Injured and another employee were replacing a 10 ft x 3" angle. While putting it in place it slipped out of his hands pinching his finger between the angle and cement wall.
