Employee was using a ratchet and their hand slipped off. A finger slid across some exposed sheet metal. Cut to right pinky finger. Received 5 stitches. Returned to full duty.
Employee was pulling brake drums on water truck and put strain on elbow
While working on a pickup the jack bled off. Employee had right arm caught between the transmission and the ground. Employee did not report this until 11/22/21 as the right elbow started hurting again. Employee was seen at Workmed and given a brace and 15 pound lifting restriction
Employee was removing a plug from a tank and the wrench slipped off of the plug and struck employee in the mouth. Broke one tooth.
Some timber failed and rubble rolled out into roadway impeding the travel way.
Employee had concrete dust get in EE's eye. Site personnel irrigated the concrete out. We took employee to Workmed and they sent EE to an Ophthalmologist. The Ophthalmologist prescribed Azithromycin gel to prevent infection. Employee returned to work full duty the next scheduled shift.
