Employee reported discomfort in shoulder at the end of shift. The employee reported using a hammer to assist in removal of a pin earlier in the day. MRI received on 2/3/21 indicated presence of a ganglion cyst, advanced AC joint arthrosis and mild bursitis presence.
Employee reported while climbing off a motor grader, EE slipped off the last step. EE's lower back landed on the back side of the moldboard.
