On Sunday, 5/25/25 EE was at home working on personal vehicle, and felt the same pain, and went to the emergency room to have it check out. Possible left forearm muscle sprain, with doctor advising "avoid activity that causes pain for 7 days".
Employee was in the process of pressure washing windows of the water truck EE was operating, EE started the pressure washer and as EE was backing up while unwinding washer hose/wand, EE attempted to turn around, as EE did, EE tripped over the tongue of the pressure washer trailer, falling to the ground.
