THE BURNS ARE ABOUT THE SIZE OF A BASEBALL. I DID NOT NOTICE THE BURNS UNTIL I GOT HOME LATER THAT NIGHT. I REPORTED THE ACCIDENT TO MY SUPERVISOR THE NEXT MORNING.

The operator was shoveling under a belt line, the man claimed his back was sore and painful, he went to a doctor after the shift and told us about it the next day. He did not report to the supervisor at 5:00 PM same day. We are not sure he is hurt or faking it.
