When the material fell out they could not hold the heavy tailgate and it slammed shut with the injured's finger in the latching mechanism.

WHEN EE'S TOOK THE TROUGH OFF ITS MOUNTING HARDWARE THE END OF PLATFORM BROKE. HE FELL TO THE GROUND LANDING ON HIS SIDE.
