EE was working on crusher screen, bending over, went to tighten nut and could not turn head without pain.
Digging out crusher, was kneeling and knee went out. He put knee in place and continued working. His initial Dr. Exam was on 12/11/06. He continued working until 2/27/07 when he had surgery on knee.
