Tue 7/12/11 EE was working with 2 other ee putting a top idler in about middle ways on jaw belt on the left side. While putting pressure on the idler to align the bolt holes the idler moved down & back smashing the tip of his right thumb between the idler conveyor frame. This cut the tip of it through the center of his nail & fractured the tip of the bone.
