Crane fell over into quarry with operator inside cab. The victim was operating crane lifting an approximately 15 ton block of granite from the pit. The boom of the crane lowered causing the crane to tip over and fall 85 feet into the pit.

Mostrando los 10Employee was pulling & hooking up the dogs & twisted wrong. Employee did not go to doctor until 12/20/2018 due to the fact that they were hoping their back would get to feeling better, but it stayed a constant pain. Hence, the reason for the delay in seeking medical attention.
Employee was pushing rock out when the jack hammer slid off and hit hand mashing fingers.
EE working on ledge and began cramping. Became dizzy and nausea. Heat exhaustion.
Wire broke on wire saw. When wire broke it wrapped around employee's hand. Employee has bruised right hand.
Knocking wedge with hammer back and forth to get out of granite. Piece of steel came off and hit EE's left forearm. Doctor at Medical Center removed foreign body from arm. Cleaned and bandaged
Heat related - cramping in sides & legs - clammy - Taken to Wills Memorial Hospital Emergency Department & treated for heat with fluids.
Heat exhaustion---cramps, tingley hands and face and shortness of breath.
Air hose come out of lug drill. Air hose did not hit person but air was blown in left far as hose want by. EE thought part of ear plug was lodged in ear. Dr injury report cerumen impaction. Nothing in ear only pressure. Drops given to put in ear.
EE complained of tightness in chest & pain in arm Ambulance was called . ER said he was dehydrated & gave 2 bags of fluid & released. ER said he needed 3 days off & recommended he contact his personal doctor reguarding stress test.
