Mostrando 50 de 117Employee was opening a set of Kennedy doors to allow a trip to go through. He closed one side of the doors and while he had his back to the other door it swung closed and caused him to hit his head on the first door resulting in him having to have stitches in his fore head.

Employee was helping change bits on the miner when a small piece of rock 2 1/2" X 2 1/2" in size fell out and struck him on his left forearm causing him to have 3 stitches.

The area was supported by 5' fully grouted bolts and 10' cable bolts in the intersection. The area was mined in April of 2014.
