A crew was loading the chopper and a rock fell and landed on EE's foot. Another worker took EE to Georgetown ER, and to my knowledge was released same day and told EE could return to work in a week. I'm still working on getting paperwork and a statement from employee

There were NO contributing conditions to this injury. Employee's e-cigarette exploded in employee's pocket on its own.
