Working on equipment at job site. Employee was taking apart a bearing on a return roller when a piece broke off and cut lower R arm. Employee received 5 stitches, 3 centimeter cut and returned to work the following day.
EE was knelt down on stinger conveyor greasing head pulley & checking drive belts on main conveyor. Another miner started the conveyor, causing EE to fall 12' off end of conveyor. Ambulance was called with previous back surgeries as a precaution. EE was taken to Hospital and released.
