Mostrando los 3EE was using a hammer and a chisel to drive keyway out of wearplate and struck finger between plate and chisel, when the chisel slipped, causing a deep lacertion to left index finger requiring four stitches.
Employee was on the walkway of the screen deck and slipped on oil that had leaked from a hose, twisting his left knee in the process. He was told by his dr., that it was a bad sprain & should heal within a few wks. After 3 wks, it was apparent that it was not healing and a follow up visit determined that the injury was a torn panaeta tendon.
