A ROCK WAS CAUGHT IN THE TAIL PULLEY. THEY STUCK A DRILL STEEL ROD INTO THE TAIL PULLEY TO PRY THE ROCK LOOSE. THREE MEN HUNG ON THE ROD AS WEIGHT ON THE PRY ROD, AND THE PRY ROD BROKE. EMP LOYEES FELL DOWN ON ROCK. ONE EMPLOYEE HURT HISKNEE.
