EE WAS OPERATING A D9L DOZER CLEARING AN OLD REFUSE PILE, WHEN A TREE LIMB FELL ON THE DOZER, WHILE OUT REMOVING THE LIMB A TRACKHOE KNOCKED DOWN A TREE & IT FELL TOWARD THE DOZER. THE EE SAW THE TREE & BENT DOWN, BUT PART OF THE TREE FELL ON HIM PUTTING ENOUGHT PRESSURE ON, THAT HIS LEFT FOOT WAS FRACTURED. EE FINISHED THE SHIFT & WENT TO THE ER THAT EVENING.
