THE EMPLOYEE WAS SENT TO GATHER UP ALL HOSE AND EMPTY BARRELS AND BRING THEM IN TO FUEL TANK AREA. THE EMPLOYEE THEN SAID HE HAD BACK PROBLEM AT A LATER DATE BY LIFTING OIL DRUM (55 GAL).
