Quigg Brothers Inc · Struck by falling object

Excavator was cleaning out around tail roll on product belt, striking ground wire with bucket. EE tried to signal the operator that the wire was hooked. He tripped and fell as the wire came tight and pulled over the control box, which is fastened to a stand, striking EE and injuring his ankle and foot. The control box and stand weight approximately 80 lbs.
