THE EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING A 785C ROCK TRUCK DOWN A HAUL ROAD WHEN EE RAN OVER A ROCK. THE IMPACT BETWEEN THE ROCK AND THE ROCK TRUCK JOLTED EE, RESULTING IN NECK AND BACK PAIN .
