Employee was positioning pipe on the surface when he felt pain in left bicep area. He sustained a ruptured left bicep tendon.

EE was carrying a timber in mud on 12/7/07, when he slipped and felt pain in his left knee. EE continued to work until 12/28/07. This accident became MSHA reportabe on 12/28/07 as EE missed work as a result of knee pain, doctor recommendation.

Employee was standing on #1 unit, #3 entry at 16 crosscut when roof rock fell striking ee on left shoulder causing simple fracture of left scapula.

Employee drilled hole in roof on #1 unit in 7-Right when roof rock fell striking him on right leg. He sustained a simple non-displaced fracture in the right knee area.

Employee attempted to hook cable ropes onto tail of moving miner when tail struck employee. Employee sustained a simple fracture of the pelvis. This accident occurred on #2 unit at 27 crosscut, between #3 & 4 entries.

Employee was pulling on Rockdust hose in crosscut when he let hose go and attempted to walk out of crosscut 11 on the 2 West 1. He tripped over rock and fell dislocating right thumb. Employee missed work on 8/10/07.

EE was attempting to relieve shuttle car driver, when he was struck by shuttle car and knocked down. EE missed work on 5/10/07.

Employee was attempting to manually push a pallet at the warehouse when he felt sharp pain in left Achilles tendon area. The tendon ruptured.

Employee was servicing equipment when he stepped on rock and felt pain in right knee.

Employee was walking belt line when she tripped and fell, lacerating left knee requiring sutures.

Employee was building a stopping when a piece of roof rock fell from between pattern bolts striking his right hand. Employee sustained a simple fracture to the right thumb.
