A shuttle car driver was tramming through a crosscut from Entry # 5 to Entry # 6. The car driver stopped spoke to the victim. The victim proceeded past the car, traveled through a curtain into the intersection of Entry # 6. The victim told the car driver he was clear. The car proceeded through the curtain and struck the victim between the shuttle car and the left rib.
Employee was a passenger in a mantrip when it hit a hole causing the employee to strain his back.
Roof Bolter on Unit#5 was trammed up on the right foot of EE by another ee who was at the side tram controls. EE was leaning over the mid section of bolter on the right side of bolter. He was cleaning off space for some bolts and did not hear bolter start up due noise from forklift.

Employee was installing roof bolts and as he was removing the drill steel rock fell hitting his canopy. A part of the rock that had fell broke off and flipped under the canopy striking his neck and back. Employee was immediately taken to hospital where he sustained contusions and abrasions.

EE was cutting a zip tie used to hold a miner cable up above a drain in a concrete curb. A knife slipped off of the zip tie stabbing him in the lower left shin. This injury was on the surface. But I am turning it in since it happened at the underground mine.
