Fall down stairs

employee entered thru a doorway into an office area, unaware of a step just inside the door. They tripped/fell on the stair resulting in a sprained ankle.

Employee felt a pop in their left knee when they were getting into the work truck at the end of their shift.

Over-exertion in pulling or pushing objects

using a rachet wrench on a bolt and felt a pain in arm, was released full duty and the symptoms worsened. Employee was put off work on 6/10/2025

Bodily reaction, (Not Elsewhere Classified)

Employee was fusing branch saddles on pipe and lifted their head to check on the fuse. When lifting their head they felt a pain and tightness in their neck.

Fall to the walkway or working surface

Employee was walking down the mid section of TP6 Down Chute Spillway SW-16a decline, when slipped and fell, landing on EE's left wrist.
