While removing worn manganese liner from Crusher Bowl Frame, one employee was driving wedges under line with hammer, the liner popped from it's position, hitting the employee on the lower left rib cage and then on the right foot.

Over-exertion in lifting objects

While climbing back into track hoe, he stepped up with his left foot and placed both hands on the grab bars to pull up. He felt a sharp pain in the left arm between elbow and wrist.
