EE slipped and fell while walking up steps in prep plant and twisted knee. EE continued to work until an MRI could be scheduled. MRI on 5/4/20 revealed a meniscus tear and other damage and was taken off work until 5/11/20. EE returned to work full duty and is currently awaiting a surgery date. However, elective surgeries are not being conducted at this time due to COVID-19.

Fall down stairs
Over-exertion (Not Elsewhere Classified)
Employee felt a pain in lower left back and left leg while attaching a hoist hook to a basket. Injury became a lost workday injury on Sept. 1 2020.
Struck against stationary object
Employee was setting up to sandblast. EE set the sandblasting nozzle on the floor and when EE stood up EE hit left cheek on a 2"" ball valve causing EE's 2nd molar to break off. EE found out that the inside of the tooth was bad.
