Struck against stationary object

A temporary haul truck driver (#54) was climbing up the steps to enter the drivers seat, when then opened the door (drivers side) to enter. The operator was holding the door handle, and as they opened the door, they struck the adjacent railing, and smashed right index finger into the railing, causing a non-displaced fracture.

Over-exertion in pulling or pushing objects

Employee was working in the Packing Center, specifically at the pallet re-stack corner. Employee was going to repair a damaged pallet of 50 lb bags. Employee pulled out a bag to dump it in the hopper when they felt pain in their back.
