An employee working for a contractor was using a 6"" inch DeWalt angle grinder on the corner of a new cold fee bin to prepare to weld. When he began to grind the surface in a vertical fashion, the grinder ""kicked"" back at the employee striking him above his right eye and on the right side of his nose.

Absorption of radiations, caustics, toxic and noxious substances

""Pulled up with Terex (26.0012) to fuel. Employee removed the fuel cap. Stuck the fuel nozzle in and went to turn pump on. Went back to location and squeezed the trigger and the nozzle popped out and sprayed ee on the top of the hard hat and it entered into his right eye"".
