Absorption of radiations, caustics, toxic and noxious substances

While walking near the plant, a bee got under the employee's vest and stung employee on the inside of the arm.

Struck by... (Not Elsewhere Classified)

Employee was cutting a piece of conveyor belt with a pocket style utility knife. The knife slipped out of the belt and struck the employee in EE's left knee lacerating it. The employee received 4 sutures to close the wound.

Fall to the walkway or working surface

Employee stepped on a patch or ice/snow causing employee to slip and fall on left side. After they fell, they stated their knee was sore.

Contact with heat

Loading a shot, became dehydrated
