Worker was using an electric drill to bore out a small pipe for the firing pressure tool. The drill snagged, and the drill spun in the worker's right hand. The drill handle spun and hit the worker's right pinky finger pushing the finger at an odd angle causing a fracture/dislocation of the right fifth finger/knuckle.

All incidents in 2019
Employee was separating an air hose from facility air piping at the coupling. Employee did not bleed air supply from line and was struck in both wrists with high pressure air.
While moving a turbo charger rotor, Employee pinched finger between the rotor shaft and the crate they were setting the rotor in. Resulting in a laceration to the left ring finger.
Worker was cutting a piece of carpet when the utility knife slipped, resulting in a finger laceration. Required 4 sutures to left index finger to close the wound.
Worker was tightening bolts with a hammer wrench. Hammer slipped, and struck EE's left middle finger. Fracture to left middle finger.
Employee working in warehouse receiving freight when noticed irritation from a foreign object in left eye. Employee flushed affected eye at eye wash station, but onsite PA had to physically remove the object from eye. The medic released the employee back to full duties at work.
Employee cutting 6"" channel iron with portable band saw. Channel iron began to wobble as employee neared the end of the cut. Employee reached under saw to steady material and contacted the band saw blade.
while moving fiberglass siding out of the way to inspect some welds the worker slid EE's left hand down along the side of the fiberglass edge approximately 1"" cutting through EE's leather glove and cutting EE's index finger on EE's left hand.
Two workers were changing the ball joint on a 777 haul truck. A worker was reaching to neutralize the Duff Norton Jack when worker's hand entered the line of fire of the separation tool. The ball joint separation tool fell from its position under the barrel end of a 777 steer cylinder resulting in a crush injury. Worker received four sutures to right pinky finger.
Worker was utilizing a utility knife to trim a blackout window shade plastic guide rail. Using considerable force the employee did not maintain control and the knife cut through their glove and lacerated a finger. Employee was evaluated and treated by onsite medic resulting in sutures to the right index finger and returned to normal duties.
On 6-18-19 employee reported to EE's supervisor that both wrists were sore from EE's first hitch in April. No specific mechanism of injury was provided. Employee was seen by the on-site PA, prescribed meds, and restricted duty based solely on the employee statement.
