Working on loader felt wrist pain down to elbow taken to medical facility released to full duty had follow up on 8/21 also had leg pain got chiropractic treatment with restrictions could not return to work

Employee operating portable hydraulic jack pinched left pinky finger between the jack handle and the shop floor from not engaging the hydraulics and not maintaining control of employee's balance. The left pinky finger was broken.

Filling transmission fluid on dozer assisting Mechanic. Mechanic started unit to fill filters and check oil level. Filter housing cracked causing oil to spray on oiler on the right side of face and right eye.
