Excavator operator on stripping crew was stepping down out of the excavator when they felt a pop in left calf area of leg. The employee let their supervisor know and continued to work the remainder of the shift. The injury increased in pain and the employee was sent to the occupational clinic.

EE was getting out of the forklift, they extended their arms up when they felt a pop in their lower back. Supervisor was not on site and the communication misunderstood in regard to the injury.

Employee also has a history of excessive wax build up in ears. Scheduling medical evaluation per doctor recommendation.

EE had at least two follow-up appointments with EE's primary doctor. EE reported to work on 2/22/16. EE had severe pain in EE's back and was sent home. EE went to the ER that day.
