THE BIT HUNG UP, AND HE WENT TO GET A SLEDGE HAMMER, BUT TRIPPED ON AN AIRLINE, LOST HIS BALANCE, AND FELL APPROX. 8 FT HEAD FIRST ONTO FLAT GRANITE SURFACE.
SLIPPED ON ICE GETTING OUT OF PICKUP TRUCK.
EE WENT GROUND A SAFETY RAILING WITHOUT FALL ARREST TO DISCONNECT AIR LINE. HE FELL OFF LEDGE AND STRUCK KNEE ON GRANITE SURFACE.
HE FELL BETWEEN TWO BLOCKS AND CUT HIS LEG ON GRANITE WHEN HE FELL.

EE WAS CLIMBING A SHORT LADDER TO HOOK UP AIR HOSE. THE LADDER SHIFTED, EE STRUCK KNEE AS HE SLIPPED OFF CLEAT. STRAINED LIGAMENT IN LEFT KNEE WHEN HE TWISTED.
