EE WAS IN BED OF DUMP TRUCK UNHOOKING A PIECE OF GROUT. AFTER THE DOGS WERE FREE, HE TURNED HIS BACK TO DO SOMETHING AND THE DOGS SWUNG AND HIT HIM IN THE BACK. THE FORCE DID NOT KNOCK HIM DOW N. COMPLAINED OF SORENESS 4-18/4-19 BUT WAS ABLETO WORK. EE WAS OUT 4-20 DUE TO PERSONAL BUSINESS. ASKED TO SEE DR 4-24.

EE AND OTHER WERE BELOW EE ON THE WORKING LEDGE PREPARING TO REMOVE A PIECE OF GROUT. EE WAS SIGNALING TO AOTHER EE, THE FLAGMAN. EE HAD JUST FINISHED DRILLING A PUNCH HOLE IN A SMALL PIECE OF GROUT. THE BIT HUNG UP, AND HE WENT TO GET A SLEDGE HAMMER, BUT TRIPPED ON AN AIRLINE, LOST HIS BALANCE, AND FELL APPROX. 8 FT HEAD FIRST ONTO FLAT GRANITE SURFACE.
