EMPLOYEE WAS STEPPING OFF OF SAND PONTOON TO RIVER BANK. HE WAS APPROX ONE AND A HALF FROM RIVERBANK WHEN HE STEPPED ON RIVER BANK HIS FOOT SLIPPED CAUSING HIM TO STRETCH IN BOTH DIRECTIONS. T HE COMPANY DOCTOR SAID HE HAD PULLED MUSCLES IN BOTH HIPS.
EMPLOYEE UNLOADED S PUD SHEAVE OFF OF PICK UP TRUCK, HE WAS WALKING DOWN RIVER BANK THAT WAS WET, HE SLIPPED BACKWARDS AND FELL AND SHEAVE DROPPED ON RIGHT HAND.
THIS EMPLOYEE DID NOT KNOW HOW HE GOT SAND IN HIS RIGHT EYE.
