Employee had gotten quicklime in EE's pants causing a lime burn in EE's groin area.
Employee was walking on a grade when they slipped and fell on compacted snow. The employee became sore at the time of the fall. Employee went to the ER later that day on January 10th and was checked out and released. Employee went to the ER on January 26th at 12:46 a.m. and was then placed off of work.
Employee was cleaning the bottom of a chute for solid fuel. Employee was using a 6' long hand held jack hammer bit to break the material free. When the material came loose it drug the jack hammer bit down contacting a belt conveyor. The bit was jerked out of the employees hands and made contact with the side of EE's head, causing a small cut on the left middle finger.
The operator was taking the seal off of a bung hole on a 55 gallon drum when the metal seal slipped in their hand cutting their right index finger.
Injury to tip of left pinky finger while attempting to mount a motor.
Employee was using cutting tool and got small piece of metal in right eye.
Potential heat exhaustion.
Operator was climbing up dozer to enter the cab when EE lost EE's footing and slipped on the step causing EE to fall and hit EE's mouth on the handrail. Operator chipped EE's front tooth on the handrail. Steps were wet from the rain the previous night.
Miner smashed finger opening railcar door.
Miner was crouched over using a hammer. When miner tried to stand up straight miner was unable.
Miner's finger was caught in between two pieces of metal causing laceration.
Miner was climbing down from a haul truck and felt a burning in EE's shoulder.
Employee was opening a railcar door using a bar. the bar slipped and the employee lost balance and fell landing on elbow. The accident wasn't reported until 12/18/2019. Went to the doctor on 12/19/2019 when EE was placed on restricted duty then.
Miner was moving a pallet jack and smashed thumb between jack handle and support beam.
Miner stepped off railcar injuring right knee on 7/31/19. EE reported the injury to operator on 8/3/19. EE has remained on full duty, per doctor orders, until they had surgery on 10/1/19 at which time EE was taken off duty until deemed fit to return.
The miner was lifting a tire and straining abdominal muscles.
Knocking off a piece of angle iron and it bounced back and contacted upper lip
Miner was assisting another miner moving a guard into position. While letting the guard down to the ground the miner strained a muscle in EE's lower back.
The employee was climbing a step-ladder when employee fell causing injury.
Employee was training with the oiler moving barrels when EE mashed hand between two barrels. EE was taken to the doctor for diagnostics. X-rays were negative. EE had a contusion on left hand. EE was placed on light duty until 9/28/2017. Employee worked through 9/22/17 and then never returned.
Operating Cat. 980H front loader whose seat was leaking air...said seat bottomed out at one point hurting lower back...safety dept. told about it 09/27...diagnostic evaluation began...disc bulge at L4-5...no surgery or medication...released to unrestricted duty 10/27...prescribed three weeks PT.
Employee cut hand on unit trying to install new HVACR unit. Employee immediately went to the Sherwood Urgent Care and received 6 stitches. The doctor released employee to return to the job, which employee did.
Employee was standing on 2 pallets when ee stepped down and right boot landed on a rock which rolled resulting in a sprained right ankle. Employee has been on light duty since the injury and is projected to continue through 05/29/17. No lost time.
Employee was finishing up last shift. EE was passing bricks to another crew that was at the same job location. They were working along with another crew to finish the rim on the kiln. The other crew was not attaching the bricks correctly and the bricks fell from the rim and some bricks landed on Employee's left finger and it broke it.
Checking cooler grates for #3 kiln by opening access door at the same moment a puffing phenomenon related to fuel mix occurred, blowing fine dust under low pressure out this opening some of the dust got around glasses and irritated eyes ee reported this at about 11:00 AM no lost time or restrictions returned to work same day with sulfacetamide 10% Ophthalmic solution.
EE was operating front end loader when he felt slight discomfort in chest & slight numbness in lt arm. He contacted supervisor & removed himself from loader. Ambulance was called for him to be transported to med. facilities. CPR was not performed, AED was not used & he remained conscious. Tests were ran & were negative for heart attack. He spent 1 night in the hospital
Cutting bolts with torch to facilitate replacement of drive motor bases on screen when torch being re-positioned for the task brushed by left hand burning area of hand where thumb and hand are joined resulting in a second degree burn that has been seen by a Doctor several times and continues to be treated with Silver Sulfadiazine...free to continue normal job routine as of Monday
Operator was performing a pre-start inspection of a Caterpillar 740D haul truck when the small lid on the left front fender that covers the master switch and the switch that raises and lowers the hood came down mashing his left middle finger resulting in a fracture of the finger tip...operator returned to work after treatment with no lost time or restrictions
saddle swung off pallet smashing hand, ring finger swelled...reported to superintendent who ask if he was injured and EE replied not now...there was no further discussion regarding finger until Monday...x-rays taken Monday 07/28 revealed no fracture but osteoarthritis...the nurse practitioner placed index and ring finger in a splint and place EE on restricted duty until 08/06
flat steel on forklift needed to be moved outward from the vertical portion of the forks...another worker moved his side first...this motion included a slight counter clockwise rotation...opposite side also moved with the rear corner sandwiching right index finger against the vertical portion of the fork...laceration to the right upper index finger...(4) stitches
Rotating a cone crusher bowl drive gearbox with chain from come-a-long when hook mount failed striking upper legs with chain causing fall onto deck...upper thigh was brused...didn't want to go to doctor...tuesday, back/hip pain resulted in Doctor visit/X-rays...perscription anti-inflamatory/pain meds and three days restricted duty resulted in this filling...he's fine
Crawled under loader frame to perform maintenance inspection, removing hard hat (unavoidable). And when crawling out from under the loader raised up too early striking head against edge of service deck.
#3 kiln burner fan blade inspection.. raised safety glasses to see.. blew(by mouth) dust from one blade looking for cracks.. most of the dust particles dispersed, but a few particles made their way under the eye lid.. .we were unable to completely wash out.. irritation and scratching resulted in doctor cleaning twice and a anti-biotic. .no lost time or restrictions.. already healed
cleaning off ram shelves at #3 pre-heater with shovel...wearing gloves...possible abrasive action between inside of glove and lime combined with sweat...redness behind right thumb diagnosed by nurse practitioner as staph infection...treated for same with antibiotics...much improved...no lost time
EE was walking around haul truck during lunch break on the evening shift and stepped on a rock near the front of his truck...the rock "rolled" under his foot causing him to lose balance and fall...as he fell his right foreleg was pinned under his body...x-ray indicated fracture of ankle...he will be off work for several weeks and is scheduled to retire 04/06/12.
Employee using band saw and allowed right ring finger to get too close to blade...resulted in (4) stitches...returned to work with no restrictions.
was trimming the edges of a belt conveyor belt in preparation for repairing a torn spot in the belt with a clip when the razor knife slipped cutting his offside hand requiring (3) three stitches to close...no lost time
Using a backhoe to clean mud, clay & rock out of raised bed of articulated haul truck...working backhoe bucket near midsection of bed...glob of mud fell from the side of the inner bed striking backhoe bucket...rock that was part of the glob of material rolled over the bucket stricking the web of EE's left hand resulting in seven (7) stiches...no lost time or change of duties
unloading fuel cars, told supervisor he was hot, took breaks, off the 4th, worked normal shift the 5th, called in sick the 6th, called in sick each day after, documents from doctors office first obtained by me the 18th, returned to work without restrictions on the 19th...missed (9) working days diagnosis heat stroke
Helping co-worker change bearing for stacker belt tail pulley, co-worker using bar to raise pulley up and it slipped,bearing housing pinched middle finger resulting in (6) six stitches.
Air hose was stopped up...disconnected air hose at whip check secured coupling at the first joint back from the discharge end...captive water/debris under pressure blasted forth blowing safety glasses and hard hat off employee's head leaving wet debris in the right eye...being treated by Doctor but no lost time or job restriction
Employee was helping to close railcar discharge gate using a steel bar to secure latch. Bar slipped and left index finger struck discharge gate resulting in a trip to the hospital ER for (4) stitches to close the laceration.
Rotary feeder bearing failed...was trying to remove sprocket using hammer instead of available gear puller...metal chip flew from hammer or sprocket and embedded itself in right bicep...ER doctor didn't think worth removal and EE agreed...week later discomfort causing second thoughts...piece of metal located just below skin will be removed next week...no lost time or restrictions
Removing elevator shaft bearings and bearing race...had originally used heat with success but switched to a 4 pound hammer on the last race which chipped after being struck by the hammer with predictable results...a chip flew from the race striking the top of the right hand (required three stiches) and continued on to strike the upper right shirt sleeve (no penetration)
Cleaning out kiln transfer chute using a jackhammer through an opening while standing from a position outside of the transfer chute when a large piece of material fell striking the jackhammer bit causing it to go down resulting in the hammer end rising up and this hammer struck employee in the forehead resulting in (9) stitches but no lost time.
using cutting wheel on a Milwaukee 4.5" grinder to prepare area for welding when cutting wheel slipped/grabbed and kicked back striking left wrist causing a laceration requiring (3) three stiches to close
Employee was banding water discharge hose on de-watering pump and squat down beside band to improve leverage on banding tool (small hand tool) when the band broke releasing the tool. The tool head struck the left check resulting in (3) three stiches.
Employee was operating production loader (Catapillar 988G) digging shot rock in the pit as per usual when the bucket struck a ledge (known to the operator) jarring both machine and operator. This jarring lead to his complaint of neck pain, an appointment with the Company doctor & light duty for at least (2) two weeks. EE has complained of neck/back problems in the past.
Employee called out to splice broken conveyor belt...belt broken on return leg...belt must be pulled through narrow confines of frame near ground level negating use of regular clamping equipment...large C-clamp used to pull belt became caught in conveyor frame and employee dislodged by hand...freed clamp struck web of left hand resulting in fracture to left thumb.
EE was cleaning mud/rock from ag screen using a piece of flat stock with a T-handle welded on it. He mashed his left ring finger between the t-Handle and edge of screen body resulting in a laceration requiring seven (7) stiches to close. There is no lost time or restrictions.
Control room operator rotary kiln (leadman) at quarry secondary location cleaning dried mud off conveyor belt frame with 3' long wrecking bar when bar apparently penetrated the frame boundary...bar was suddenly struck or pulled in some way with the left hand being slapped against frame (probably troughing idler frame) resulting in stiches for left index and middle finger.
EE was on his back looking up while performing maintenance on a maintenance truck. Debris fell onto his face and some got behind his safety glasses. He immediately washed his eyes out. A spot warranted a trip to the eye doctor - revealing a small piece of metal.
Called out due to a top punch plate having detached from its mounting...falling into exit chute of the large screen...raising was with come-a-long pulling along the center of a length of chain attached to upper corner(s) of the punch plate...plate got stuck...was using pry bar to free plate...chain hook released from chain striking center forehead...(8) stitches...no lost workdays.
5/9 & 9/20 EE working in stooped position. Saw dr 5/9/07 pulled muscle in back. No lost time. Ret'd to dr. 9/20/07, 9/24/07, all diagnostic to this point. Physical Therapy recommended 9/24/07, MRI revealed spinal cord syrinx unrelated to the above but in same general area.
as reported to supervisor 04/04/07 and to administration 04/13/07...while installing a slow speed indicator on a new bucket elevator during a period of high wind received lime irritation to eyes...sought medical attention 04/06/07...no lost time
Scale attendent loading railcars...on top of car to open access doors(hatches)...properly working seals resulted in some resistance to opening...attendent (admitted being aggrevated) jerked up on one door and felt a pull in his lower back later diagnosed as a pulled muscle...attendent missed Friday, so a lost time accident...returned Monday on light duty.
Driver for White River Petroleum Co. was attempting to deliver diesel for the over-the-road tank. He was apparently using the access ladder and fell striking the top of the containment wall. This wall is (23") in height, and the top rung of the ladder is (54") from the containment floor. This person has (6) fractured ribs and will likely miss at least four weeks.
EE was drilling holes in concrete panels when the drill bit hit rebar. The dill bit stopped and drill turned striking EE in the face and mouth.
Employee walked up the hill to the office and then started walking down the hill back to the jobsite. He slipped and fell and as he fell his knee popped causing injury. EE is being diagnosed by a physician so that he can return to full duty.
Employee was replacing drive belts for Unit II Kiln cooler fan drive. At some point during this process he lacerated his left upper forearm with either his knife or the edge of the drive guard. He is not certain of which. The laceration required three (3) stiches to close. There is no lost time or change of duties.
While using cutting torch a piece of hot slag was trapped under wristwatch band resulting in what was later determined to be a second degree burn.
Engineer moving railcars to a particular track...the switch thrown to wrong track...cars already on it...cars pushed by the locomotive struck parked cars...engineer reported soreness...didn't request doctor until 08/07...diagnostics followed...08/25 engineer has Herniated Disc...treatment to be determined... no missed work days...continues as a locomotive engineer daily.
Employee and co-worker (on opposite side of belt conveyor) were splicing a belt. As employee reached across the belt, co-worker was reaching for the same thing at the same time. Co-worker had a utility knife in his hand which struck employee's right hand (4 stitches).
employee stated he stepped off of loader onto a pile of dust resulting in neck pain...he also stated he injured his neck approximately (3) three years ago, and his personel doctor diagnosed a bulged disc at that time...final diagnosis and outcome unknown at this time...
EE was walking near dribble shute area of Unit 1 Kiln when he stepped on a rock which rolled. His right foot rolled with it, resulting in an inward bend of the right ankle. Diag. is a bad ankle sprain but doctor placed right ankle, foot & lower leg in cast to insure proper healing. EE is a trained/experienced kiln operator & will help with this task until released.
Employee traveled from the crusher to the lunchroom area as he does every day. After getting out of the pickup he closed the door. His foot slipped/slid or something and he lost his balance. He had his right hand on the top of the cab near the door as it shut. His right ring finger was mashed between the cab and the closing door. A trip to the ER resulted in 5 stitches.
Supt.was helping with positioning of roll mount for No.1 kiln/No.5 Pier when a hydraulic jack started leaking. Pressure on jack was released allowing jack/shims to lower, remaining jack/shims had all pressure on it & being to move. EE had his left hand on handrail and this hand was struck by a piece of shim stock 11 1/4x3x1" weighing 11 1/2lbs. laceration 4 sitches.
EMPLOYEE (LAB TECH.) STEPPED OUT OF LAB DOOR TO WALKWAY TO WALK TO SCALES, BOOT SLID ON BAR GRATING RAMP & HE STRUCK THE HANDRAIL W/HIS RT. KNEE. EE NEVER LEFT WORK & CONTINUED WORK EVERY DAY. APPT. W/COMPANY DR. 2/2/05 RESULTED IN A MRI 2/3/05, THE RESULTS WERE READ ONLY TODAY. HE HAS A CRACKED PATELLA RT. KNEE & HAS AN APPT. W/AN ORTHOPEDIC DR. IN A FEW DAYS. WILL KEEP WORKING.
DURING A SHUTDOWN EE WAS ASSISTING ANOTHER EE WITH MAINTENANCE/REPAIR TO THE UNIT II KILN COAL/COKE MILL AND THIS INCLUDED USE OF A CUTTING TORCH IN A TIGHT PLACE. WIND GUST BLEW SLAG BACK TOWARD EE FACE, WE WASHED THE EYE OUT ABOUT FOUR TIMES, LOOKED CLEAR.EE CONTINUED WORKING. WENT TO DOCTOR, REMOVED FRAGMENTS FROM UNDER THE EYE, NO ADDITIONAL PROBLEMS.
EE WAS ASSISTING ANOTHER EE CHANGING OUT A SCREEN AT OUR KILN ROCK SCREEN. AS EE WAS TRIMMING RUBBER PIECE WITH POCKET KNITE, A SLIP IN TECHNIQUE RESULTED IN A LACERATION TO THE KNUCKLE BEHIND THE RIGHT THUMB. THIS WAS CLOSED WITH THREE SUTURES, EE RETURNED TO REGULAR DUTY THE SAME DAY.
Ee ended day with small metal fragments in left eye. They didn't bother him & he didn't report this information at work. Irritation from the fragments started causing concern later that night & he went to the Calico Rock Hospital ER. This was going to be a 1 day lost time accident except he had a reaction to the medicine requiring a medicine change.
EMPLOYEE WAS ASSISTING WITH THE UNLOADING OF COAL/COKE FUEL CARS AT THE QUARRY LOCATION. HE ATTEMPTED TO CLOSE A RAILCAR DOOR USING HIS RIGHT FOOT TO PERFORM THIS TASK. HE PLANTED HIS LEFT FOOT & WHEN HE RAISED HIS RIGHT FOOT HIS KNEE BUCKLED RESULTING IN A STRAIN. EE HAS BEEN OFF WORK SINCE ELECTING TO TAKE A VACATION. Dr. SAID HE COULD RETURN 5/2/04 UNRESTRICTED.
Contract repairman/welder had just ascended appx 100' high spiral staircase to top of storage tank w/coworker. They were planning to raise tools by rope. As victim bent over handrail to begin raising tools he told coworker he had hurting in side & stomach. He collapsed on platform he was standing on. Attempts to resuscitate failed. Coroner believes natural causes.
He was removing kiln liner refractory hooks with a grinder which kicked back and struck his knuckle.
EE IS AN EARTH STRIPPER & OPERATES A MINING TRUCK. STOPPED TO REMOVE SPILLED ROCK FROM HAUL ROAD BY LIFTING IT & THROWING IT OFF TO THE SIDE. EE HAS BEEN TRAINED MANY TIMES IN PROPER LIFTING T ECHNIQUE OVER THE YEARS. BY HIS OWN ADMISSION HE FAILED TO FOLLOW PROPER LIFTING TECHNIQUE. DIAGNOSIS IS BACK STRAIN. OFF WORK UNTIL HE SEES DOCTOR AGAIN 11/10/03. TALKED W/EE TODAY & HE'S FE
EMPLOYEE WAS USING A TORCH TO CT AWAY SUPPORT METAL FROM WORN END OF CRUSHER DUMP HOPPER. WHILE HOLDING TORCH WITH RIGHT HAND, HE HELD ONTO ANOTHER PIECE OF SUPPORT METAL WITH HIS LEFT HAND TO BRACE HIMSELF. PIECE BEING CUT WITH TORCH CAME LOOSE SOONER THAN EXPECTED STRIKING LEFT FINGERS. HOSPITAL X-RAYS WERE NEGATIVE FOR FRACTURE BUT LACERATION REQUIRED FIVE STITCHES TO CLOSE.
EE RECENTLY BID INTO A JOB INVOLVING CLEANUP. HE WAS CLEANING SPILLAGE OFF DECK OF CONE CRUSHER USING A SHOVEL. AFTER THE TASK HE REPORTED THAT HIS LEFT ELBOW HURT, THE SAME ELBOW INJURED SEPT 2002. DOCTOR TOOK HIM OFF WORK TO LET DRUGS ELIMINATE INFLAMATION. NO SKELETAL INJURY. EMPLOYEE SAID HE COULD CONTINUE HIS JOB EXCEPT CLEANUP. (LOST TIME UNTIL DOCTOR VISIT ON 3/10)
EE WAS ON TOP OF QUICKLIME STORAGE/LOADOUT TO MEASURE TANKS, HE SLIPPED ON ICE BUT CAUGHT HIMSELF AVOIDING A FALL. EE APPARENTLY WRENCHED HIS BACK DURING THIS PROCESS & MISSED WORK ON 2/28/03. EE RETURNED TO WORK ON MONDAY 3/3/03 ON LIGHT DUTY. NOTE: EE BROKE HIS BACK SEVERAL YEARS AGO WHILE IN MARINE CORP.
EE HAD CLIMBED LADDER AT REAR OF GRAIN TRAILER TO OBTAIN A SAMPLE OF MATERIAL LOADED FROM OUR QUICKLIME LOADOUT FACILITY...AS HE WAS DESCENDING THE LADDER, USING A PROPER 3 POINT CONTACT PRO CEDURE, HE SLIPPED AND FELL STRIKING THE SCALES WITH HIS REAR FIRST...THIS WAS LATER DETERMINED TO RESULT IN A HAIRLINE FRACTURE TO THE BOTTOM VERTEBRA. EE CONTINUED WORKING NO LOST TIME OR R
EE HAD COUPLED RR CAR AIR HOSES TOGETHER IN PREPARATION TO SWITCHING OUT CARS. HE THEN TURNED OPEN THE AIR VALVE TO CHARGE AIR LINES FOR BRAKING. ONE OF THE COUPLINGS FAILED CAUSING THE AIR HO SES TO SEPARATE IN VIOLENT MANNER. ONE HOSE STRUCK HIM ON THE LEFT ELBOW AND HIS BEEN DIAGNOSED AS A SPRAIN. ANTI-INFLAMMATION MEDICATION AND LIGHT DUTY ARE THE RESULT FOR NOW. CONTINUES TO O
EE WAS ATTEMPTING TO CUT TORN PIECE FROM BELT CONVEYOR USING A UTILITY KNIFE WITH RAZOR BLADE INSERT SLIP RESULTED IN LACERATION TO LEFT RING FINGER AROUND THE PAD OF THE FINGER REQUIRING 2 ST ITICHES TO CLOSE EE RETURNED TO WORK FINISHING HIS SHIFT.
EE WAS HELPING WITH WORK ON REPLACING PRIMARY CRUSHER FEEDER LINER... BEGAN DESCENDING STEEL LADDER TO RETURN TO SHOP FOR MORE TOOLS..LADDER WAS BENT AND FOOT OF THE LADDER KICKED OUT... LADDER FOOT WENT THROUGH 20"GAP SEPARATING THE LEVELS THE FEEDER AND CRUSHER WALKWAYS ARE ON...EE FELL TO THE CRUSHER WALK ABOUT 10', THIS RESULTED IN FRACTURES TO WRIST AND TOES ON LFT.FOOT.
EMPLOYEE WAS WASHING AREA UNDER PRIMARY CRUSHER WITH WATER HOSE WHEN SOME BACK-SPLASH CONSISTING OF GROUND LIMESTONE, MUD, DIRT, AND WATER FOUND IT'S WAY INTO HIS RIGHT EYE. (EMPLOYEE WEARING PRESCRIPTION GLASSES). EYE BECAME IRRITATED AND AS A PRECAUTION WE TOOK HIM TO SEE A DOCTOR FRIDAY 11/16/01.
EMPLOYEE WAS HOLDING WRENCH THAT WAS HOLDING THE BOLT USED TO ATTACH TRACKS TOGETHER ON DOZER, THE WRENCH WAS TO BE EASED AGAINST SIDE OF THE TRACK TO PREVENT THE WRENCH FROM SLIPPING AND AFTE R THE WRENCH WAS AGAINST THE TRACK THE EMPLOYEE WAS SUPPOSED TO REMOVE HIS ENTIRE HAND FROM THE AREA BEFORE THE AIR WRENCH WAS ACTIVATED, HIS RIGHT FINGER WAS IN THE WAY, FRACTURE RIGHT PINKY
EMPLOYEE WAS USING BACKHOE AROUND NEW QUICKLIME STORAGE LOADOUT FACILITY WHEN HE BACKED MACHINE TO NEAR RAILROAD TRACK AS THE COMPANY LOCOMOTIVE WAS MOVING SOME CARS INTO POSITION FOR LOADING AT THE FACILITY...TRAIN WAS MOVING VERY SLOWLY BUT CORNER OF CAR STRUCK THE BUCKET OF THE BACKHOE...BUCKET AND SWING ARM ABSORBED MOST OF THE IMPACT BUT ENOUGH ENERGY REMAINED TO TIP IT OVER.
INSTALLATION OF OUR IMPACT HAMMER IS INCOMPLETE RESULTING IN EE USING A PRY BAR TO LOOSEN STUCK/JAMMED ROCK AT OR NEAR THE CRUSHER OPENING. INJURED EE WAS INGAGED IN THIS VERY ACT WHEN HE SMAS ED HIS FINGER BETWEEN THE BAR AND THE SIDE WALL OF THE CRUSHER BODY. THIS RESULTED IN A LACERATION REQUIRING 5 FIVE SUTURES. EE PICKED UP A DRAW HEAD FOR A RAILROAD CAR NARROW GAUGE & STRAINED HIS BACK& SHOULDER HE CONT'D TO WORK AT HIS REG JOB TITLE (TRAIN ENG & BRAKEMAN) AND CONTINUES DOING SO TO THIS DAY. HE HASN'T LOST ANY TIME. THIS EE ALSO HAS EXTREME PROBLEMS WITH DIABETES. AN MRI HAS REVELED A POSSIBLE BULGE FROM A DISC. THE PLAN IS TO ATTACH THIS PROBLEM WITH STERIODS & SURGERY IS POSSIBLE
EMPLOYEE WAS USING HAMMER AND OUNCH TO DRIVE BEARING RACE OUT OF RAILROAD CAR WHEEL WHEN HE MISSED THE PUNCH STRIKING HIS LEFT THUMB. A LACERATION RESULTED AND REQUIRED 2 STITCHES TO CLOSE.
