Employee was talking to another operator. He stopped, did not exit his tractor, rolled his side window and caught his hand and all five fingers between the sliding door opening.
While employee was using a grinding wheel it came apart and hit his right knee.

Working on screen deck at plant and pinched pointer finger on left hand and declined medical treatment at that time. on 10/14/04, came to office and stated that he wanted to go see a dr to make sure nothing was broken, so sent him to immediate care. dr report was possible hairline fracture and would follow up with a visit on 11-4-04. returned to work with no time lost.
