Miner had been assisting changing a screen and patching a belt. Felt pressure in lower stomach area that afternoon that turned into discomfort later in the evening. Reported the following morning asking to have a doctor check it out. After initial visit and scan it was determined to be a fatty hernia. Follow up with surgeon forth coming.

A RIM WITH A NEW RECAP TIRE, THAT HAD BEEN PUT TOGETHER AT AN INDEPENDENT TIRE SHOP, WAS BEING PLACED ON THE TRAILER HUB WHEN THE LOCK RING BROKE LOOSE AND STRUCK EE IN THE FOREHEAD.
