the employee was entering the cab of a skid loader when EE's boot caught on something causing EE to lose balance falling to the left and striking/rubbing EE's left leg at the calf area against the side of the skid loader bucket. the leg was bruised and had some swelling.
Working on the plant classifier putting the rising current plants back in place, the plate wedge and when it came loose, sprang back catching the employees right thumb between the plate and the tank wall. The thumb required three stitches.

Employee was removing a pin and roller from dredge digger chain with help from fellow employee. Once the pin was removed, the chain dropped down, pinching the finger between the chain and the structure.

Employees were removing a pipe from a classifier to the screen plant. The pipe, once unbolted, rolled off of support. Employee tried to hold pipe in place and got fingers pinched between pipe and frame.
Making preparations to repair hoist cable anchor end on dredge digger, when a support cable broke, causing the digger to fall. Which in turn, caused the EE to fall, striking his face and head.

WHILE OPERATING BULLDOZER POUSHING SAND AROUND THE PLANT AREA, THE WIND WAS BLOWING & BLEEW GRAINS OF SAND INTO OPERATORS L & R EYES. HE CONTINUED WORKING BUT WENT FOR MEDICAL HELP 2 DAYS LATE R FOR HIS INJURY. DR. REMOVED SAND PARTICLES MEDICATED & APPLIED PATCHES TO BOTH EYES TO ASSIST HEALING.
