EE was sandblasting and pulling the air hose when something got caught on the ground pulling EE backwards, EE then felt something pop in his lower/mid back. EE did not tell anyone that he had hurt his self until a day later. EE was taken to see the doctor and placed on light duty on 8-7-12.
EE WAS WORKING ON DUMP TRUCK AND HAND WERE WET AND PRY BAR SLIPPED THIS CAUSING AND OF BAR TO COME BACK AND CUT CHIN.
