Miner was installing a deflector in screen discharge chute and lost footing on wet step causing EE to lose balance and contact sharp edge and lacerated left arm requiring stitches.

Two employees were hooking up to a portable hydraulic trailer. They found it to be about an inch short of sitting down in the hitch for a secure hookup. IE and the other employee decided to push it forward to finalize the hookup. It slid off the side and back on the block. The thumb was pinched between the tongue and the block. Employee had laceration and broken tip of thumb.
