Employee parked the dozer on a small incline, stepped out onto platform then onto track. Dozer rolled backwards pinning employee's left foot in between dozer track pad and the platform. Employee fell onto the track then onto the ground. Employee did not set the parking brake. Employee injured left foot.

Employee alleges he stepped off of ladder and he tried to throw a jig toward the ground it hooked his coat pocket and pulled him to the ground on top of the jig.
